No Refunds After Payment

1. Once payment has been made, we operate a strict no refund policy. Kindly ensure that all orders are confirmed before payment is completed.

Replacement for Defective Goods

1. If a customer picks up or receives their item and notices a factory defect, they are eligible for a replacement.

2. The item must be returned within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, in its original condition and packaging, for a replacement to be processed.
